Molalla Retreat offers food service for groups of at least 30 staying in the Lodge that desire to have someone else do the cooking.  We cannot provide food service if you want less than 3 meals.  Also, meal service is an all or nothing choice; either we cook all the meals or you cook all the meals.

Our meal selections are below. Breakfast is served at 8:30 am, Lunch at 12:30 pm, and Dinner at 6:00 pm.  Currently our meal prices are $24 per day, per person but this is subject to change with food price increases.

Our meals are served buffet style and there is generally enough for seconds for those hungry appetites.  We cannot substitute different food for individuals in place of the meals you have selected as a group.  If you have individuals with special dietary needs, they are welcome to bring their own food and use the kitchen to prepare it.     

If you would like to bring snacks for in-between meals, we have some space for storage.  If you would like beverages in between your meals (such as coffee, tea, etc.), please plan to bring these items.  You can use the kitchen for preparing your beverages, but no cooking is allowed if you are using our food service.  If you plan to bring disposable plates, cups, etc. for these snacks and beverages, please bring paper and not Styrofoam.     

Our water at Molalla Retreat is very good and we have it tested 4 times a year to adhere to Health Department standards.  Please keep this in mind if you are considering bringing bottled water.  Save your money!
