Molalla Retreat offers food service for groups of 30 or more staying in the Lodge that desire to have someone else do the cooking!!!   

Our meal selections are on the following page.  Please take a look at them, make the selections for each meal and indicate the day that you want these meals served.  Breakfast is served at 8:30 am, Lunch at 12:30 pm, and Dinner at 6:00 pm.   

About a week before your retreat, we will need the final count of your groups’ attendees.  We will purchase food for that final count and that is the number of people you will be billed for meals, even if you have less people show up.  If your actual attendance is more than what your final count was, you will be billed for the actual number eating.  

Our meals are served buffet style and there is generally enough for seconds for those hungry appetites.  We cannot substitute different food for individuals in place of the meals you have selected as a group.  If you have individuals with special dietary needs, they are welcome to bring their own food and use the kitchen to prepare it.   

If you would like to bring snacks for in between meals, we have some space for storage.  If you would like beverages in between meals (such as coffee, tea, etc), please plan to bring these items.  You can use the kitchen for preparing your beverages, but no cooking is allowed if you are using our food service.  If you plan to bring disposable plates, cups, etc. for these snacks and beverages, please bring paper and not Styrofoam.   

Our water at Molalla Retreat is very good and we have it tested 4 times a year to adhere to Health Department standards.  Please keep this in mind if you are considering bringing bottled water.  Save your money!
